General Provisions and Terms Used

• Game Website – https://l2velmore.com/
• Site Administration – The L2Velmore Staff, which manages the project, web resources, and all materials posted on them. The Administration provides access to services and enforces rules.
• User – Any individual accessing or using project resources. By registering (account creation), the User agrees to these Terms and Rules.
• Account/User Profile – A password-protected profile containing User information and enabling access to gameplay.

Server Rules

• Botting – The use of automation tools is prohibited. Only in-game macros are allowed within the game's original system.
• Dualbox / AFK Farming – ❌ Farming with more than one active damage dealer / farmer on the same PC is not allowed. ✅ Support characters (buffers) are the only exception.
• Real Money Trading (RMT) – Forbidden. No exchange of accounts, characters, or in-game goods for real money.
• Exploits – Any bug or exploit must be reported. Repeated or intentional use will result in penalties.
• Scamming – Not permitted. This includes scam shops, fake sales, or unauthorized account/item theft. Severe cases may result in Staff compensation to the victim.
• Shops – Only one shop per player at a time (offline + one active client is acceptable).
• Multiple Servers – You may play across multiple L2Velmore servers, but must respect all rules in each. Neglecting captchas or exploiting presence in another server is not tolerated.
• No Politics/Real-Life Issues – Keep discussions in-game related. Real-world politics or conflicts are not welcome.
• Respect – Toxicity, harassment, racism, or hate speech is forbidden.
• GM Authority – GM decisions are final and non-negotiable.

Privacy Policy

• We collect only minimal data (account, email, IP) for security and gameplay.
• Data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
• Logs may be used to enforce rules and protect server integrity.
• By registering, you consent to this data processing.

Cookie Policy

• Our website may use cookies for security and session tracking.
• By using our site, you consent to cookies.
• Disabling cookies may affect usability.

Refund Policy

• Nature of Services – All donations and balance top-ups are intangible digital services. They cannot be physically returned.
• Service Completion – Donations are considered fulfilled at the moment funds are credited to the account.
• No Refunds – Refunds are not provided under any circumstances (ban, wipe, closure, dissatisfaction).
• Exceptions – At its discretion, Staff may restore lost items due to verified server errors or hacks. No guarantee applies.
• Chargebacks – Attempting a chargeback or payment dispute results in permanent ban and potential recovery actions.
• Acknowledgement – By donating, you confirm and agree to this Refund Policy.

Donations Agreement

• Donations are voluntary contributions, not product purchases.
• Rewards are "thank-you perks," personal and non-transferable.
• Staff may modify, adjust, or remove perks at any time.
• Attempted fraud, abuse, or chargeback → permanent ban.
• By donating, you automatically accept all L2Velmore policies.

Terms & Conditions

• Intellectual Property – All rights of Lineage II belong to NCSoft. L2Velmore has no affiliation or endorsement.
• Restrictions – You may not: sell, sublicense, or commercialize site/server materials; use automation, hacks, or unauthorized software; disrupt or damage the service.
• User Content – You remain responsible for content you post. L2Velmore may remove content at any time.
• Disclaimer – The project is provided "as-is," without warranties. Downtime, wipes, or technical issues may occur.
• Liability – Staff is not responsible for data, account, or item loss.
• Indemnification – You agree to indemnify L2Velmore against damages caused by your actions.
• Variation of Terms – Terms may change anytime. Continued use means acceptance.
• Entire Agreement – These Terms represent the full agreement between User and L2Velmore.
